byd178 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

Registration on byd178 is free of charge. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold precisely one (1) account. The following conditions govern account registration:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), valid email address, active Indonesian phone number, and date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 One Account Rule

Maintaining multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, byd178 may close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balances, and permanently ban the user from future registration. This rule applies regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.

3.4 Account Sharing

Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, including family members. Any account accessed by a third party will be treated as compromised and may be suspended pending investigation.

4.1 Mandatory Verification

13.2 Termination by byd178

13.3 Self-Exclusion Termination

Accounts closed at the user's request via the self-exclusion mechanism will remain inaccessible for the full duration of the elected exclusion period. Requests to re-open a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will not be honoured under any circumstance.
